Order Cancellation

After placing an order, your doll may be ready for dispatch quickly. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If the order has not yet shipped, you can apply for cancellation within 24 hours. To request cancellation, customers must fill out the cancellation form. Our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.

  • Within 12 hours (unshipped): A 7% processing fee will be deducted, including bank transaction and online payment platform fees.
  • Within 24 hours: 85% refund.
  • Within 48 hours: 70% refund.
  • Once shipped: Cancellation is not possible.

*Important: Only cancellation requests communicated to and approved by our support team within 24 hours of purchase will be accepted.*

Order Modification

Please double-check your doll details before placing your order. Modifications can be made within 12 hours of placing the order with a one-time $19 fee. To request a change, fill out the contact us form.

After 12 hours: The order is usually packed and ready for shipment, and cannot be changed.

Missing Item in My Order

Due to packaging reasons, many of our products are shipped separately. For example, if you ordered a sex doll and a cleaning kit, they may arrive in different packages at different times.

If pickup is required at the post office, please provide both tracking numbers. For any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Returns and Refunds

We place great importance on product quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Damaged before use or during transit.
  • Wrong doll received: If the doll received does not match your order, please send us a clear unboxing video showing the doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
  • Package lost: If your parcel is lost during transit, file a claim with the carrier and notify us. Most packages require an adult signature for delivery, so please track your order accordingly.
  • Quality issues: If any defect is found when opening the package for the first time, we recommend initiating the return process within 12 hours. Please take photos or videos of the external packaging and unboxing process. This proof is required when submitting a product issue form.
  • Do not use the doll. If used, we cannot process the return.
  • Report issues within 12 hours of receiving your order, including photos and videos.
  • We cannot refund for dissatisfaction after use. As sex dolls are intimate items, once used, they cannot be resold.
  • No return or refund after the package has been opened.
  • No refund if your order fails due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address).
  • No refund if the delivery fails due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance failure, natural disasters).
